What makes the denim at DC4 Berlin unique?
We specialize in high-quality raw denim, primarily sourced from Japan. These garments are crafted using traditional shuttle looms and natural indigo dyes, ensuring a unique patina that develops specifically to your body over time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Within the EU, we use DHL; for international orders outside of Europe, we typically use FedEx or DHL Express to ensure your items arrive safely and quickly.
How do I choose the correct size for raw denim?
Raw denim sizing can be tricky as it may shrink after the first wash (unsanforized) or stretch with wear. We provide detailed measurement charts for every product. We recommend measuring your best-fitting current jeans and comparing them to our size guides.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customized items, such as jeans that have been hemmed to a specific length, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you provide hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming using our original Union Special 43200G machines. This ensures your jeans maintain their authentic heritage construction even after being shortened.
