DC4010 ANTIQUE - LIMITED COLLABORATION for DC4 Berlin

The jeans is produced on a vintage SINGER foot-peddle sewing machine from 1890s with a single-stitch construction and made by Shingo- san in Saitama Japan.

The old single-stitch sewing machine makes a very short and tight stitch length and it takes around 8 hours to produce one pair of these jeans.

• One Washed by 30 degrees and sun-dried, the Jeans will not shrink anymore

• Suspender buttons

• The rivets are lined with leather plates

• Curved back pockets with BRIDGE red tab

• Singel stitch belt loops

• "DC4 Union Label" on inner back pocket

• Top buttons branded with “ DENIM BASE & CO JAPAN “

• The four retro donut buttons will create a unique fading on the button closure

• Tab on inner waistband with the model number and the signature of Shingo 縫製

• Cinch back

• Heavy pocket lining printed with DC4010 model number

• Woven " DENIM BASE " label stitched on front pocket

 • Woven " DC4 BERLIN " label stitched on front pocket

• Crotch rivet

• The exclusive leather patch is covered with a cotton fabric which should be taken off afterwards

•  DC4 x DEMIN BRIDGE custom leather patch

• Highest quality vegetable tanned (Minerva Liscio) leather patch in a traditional Denim Bridge design with two Cowboys who are doing a bridge and pulling the jeans

• With characteristic " Denim Bridge " pocket stitching

• Each jeans comes with a sticker set of the leather patch and the pocket tab

✯ Shingo San created this pair of Denim Bridge jeans with our own specifications in limited 16oz denim, woven for DC4.

✯ The back pockets are made in a round shape designed by us. 

✯ The front pockets and the coin pockets are made according to our design.

✯ We have lowered the Cinch back and we added the belt loops that you can wear them with suspenders or a belt.

✯ The jeans have our own cut with a wider leg opening , similar to the vintage cuts from 1927.
